  20.         music organizer.  Full mouse support, fast entry and search
  21.         screens, reports, and user configurable options make this
  22.         program easy to use, yet does not limit the user.  Supports
  23.         both laser and dot matrix printers.  On-line context-sensitive
  24.         help always available.

  32. Vendors, Distributors, Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to 
  33. add the software product to their library may do so in accordance with the
  34. Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  36. Limited distribution License: As the exclusive copyright holder
  37. for this software, Candlelight Software authorizes distribution only in
  38. accordance with the following restrictions.
  39.  
  40.            o Vendors choosing to distribute this software MUST REGISTER 
  41.              with Candelight Software.  You may do so by sending a copy 
  42.              of your catalog along with the registration form at the end 
  43.              of this file.  This does NOT apply to BBS sysops who 
  44.              distribute the software without charge to users.
  45.            
  46.            o This software product is NOT available for distribution 
  47.              through retail stores or catalogs which sell mostly
  48.              non-shareware, commercial software without prior written
  49.              permission from Candlelight Software.

  51.            o REGISTERED VENDORS will receive:

  57.            o This software product is defined as containing all the
  58.              material listed in the file named PACKING.LST.

  60.              this product is not complete and distribution is forbidden.

  62.              suitable for distribution.

  64.            o This software product - including all related program files
  65.              and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and 
  66.              must be distributed as a complete product, without exception.

  70.              are acceptable, provided they do not interfere with any

  90.            o Vendors who wish to distribute this software as part of a
  91.              collection MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM Candlelight Software
  92.              PRIOR TO BEGINNING SUCH A DISTRIBUTION.

  94.            o This software product cannot be "rented" or "leased" to 
  95.              others.

  97.            o You may not list any of our products in advertisements, 
  98.              catalogs, or other literature which describes our products as
  99.              "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" software,
  100.              it is not free.  You may not list any of our products
  101.              in advertisements, catalogs, or other literature which
  102.              describes our products as "PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE".  This is
  103.              copyrighted material.  It is not, and never has been, in the
  104.              public domain.

  106.            o Candlelight Software prohibits the distribution of outdated 
  107.              versions of this software product.  If the version you have
  108.              is over twelve (12) months old, please contact us to insure
  109.              that you have the most current version.

  111.            o Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  112.              recompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  113.              transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  114.              agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in

  116.              addition to other remedies available to Candlelight Software
